  • Where is Sassy Pinz located?

We are based in ON, Canada.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally, orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Shipping within Canada generally takes approximately 5-10 business days after shipped. Estimated shipping time to the USA is 7-15 business days. 

  • Will I receive a tracking number?

Orders within Canada are shipped regular mail (no tracking) unless the shipping is upgraded. A tracking number will be provided for all orders shipped via Expedited/Priority Service. All orders to the US are shipped with tracking.

  • What if some time has passed and I have not received my order?

While every effort is made to process orders in 2-4 business days, sometimes it may take longer. Some mail delivery may also take longer than normal so we ask for your patience but urge you to contact us directly if an extended amount of time has passed and your order has not been received. Please send an email to customerservice@thesassypinz.com and include your order number.

  • May I return my purchase for a refund?

No. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. Please inspect all items upon receipt and if there is an issue with your product please contact us directly to try and resolve.

  • What if I realize that I entered the wrong address after completing my order?

Please immediately send an email with the order number and provide the correct address. Buyers are responsible for shipping to resend any order returned due to an incorrect address. 

  • My address is outside of Canada. Does the price include customs fee/import taxes?

Some countries may charge a custom fee/import tax on international purchases. These fees are not included in the purchase price and will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Do you ship outside of Canada/USA?
