  • Where is Sassy Pinz located?

We are based in ON, Canada.

 

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally, orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Shipping within Canada generally takes approximately 5-10 business days after shipped. A tracking number will be provided if applicable once your order has been shipped. Estimated shipping time to the USA is 7-15 business days. 

 

  • Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided for all orders shipped via Expedited/Priority Service. Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

 

  • What if some time has passed and I have not received my order?

Every offer is made to process orders ASAP however sometimes it may take longer. Due to COVID-19 mail delivery is taking longer than normal, we ask for your patience but urge you to contact us directly if an extended amount of time has passed and your order has not been received. Please include your order number and send an email to customerservice@thesassypinz.com.

 

  • May I return my purchase for a refund?

No, due to the nature of our products all sales are final. Please inspect all items upon receipt and if there is an issue with your product please contact us directly to try and resolve.

 

  • What if I realize that I entered the wrong address after completing my order?

Please immediately send an email with the order number and provide the correct address. Buyers are responsible for shipping to resend any order returned due to an incorrect address. 

 

  • My address is outside of Canada. Does the price include customs fee/import taxes?

Some countries may charge a custom fee/import tax on international purchases. These fees are not included in the purchase price and will be the responsibility of the buyer.
